This place is a hidden gem! The food is really authentic, with both Thai and Vietnamese options. We came here as a family with children and everyone found something they enjoyed. The beef pho, pad Thai, Thai fried rice, and crispy spring roll salad were all delicious, with generous portions and great flavor. A wonderful spot for families and anyone who loves authentic Southeast Asian food. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this Thai spot! I had Tom Yum, my husband went for Pho Tom Yum, and we also shared a shrimp stir-fry. I picked the spicy sauce and it was actually spicy — just the way I like it. Everything tasted very authentic, and the cozy interior made it even better. Plus, it’s right across from the fire station, which turned into unexpected entertainment for the kids.

I'd had pho a couple of times before at different locations, but my experience at 29 Bistro takes the cake. A welcoming atmosphere with friendly attentive service, and absolutely wonderful food! I ordered the spring rolls and the Pho Ga and both were delicious. So far it is the best pho I have ever had, and I plan to dine here again in the future. Would highly recommend!

Stopped by on our way to Boston and the Pho was very tasty! We ordered off of the lunch menu and it came with Pho Tai and a salad. I also ordered the Thai ice tea that was very welcomed after a long drive

Awesome Vietnamese food in Dedham Square. Duck soup is fantastic and their vermicelli noodle bowls (bün) are always delicious. Great marinade on their BBQ pork and also on the Korean short rib appetizer. Tried the Tom Yum soup and fresh rolls tonight and they didn’t disappoint.

Lovely little thai and viet cuisine place in Dedham square. Right across from the fire station. Parking off to the right with a handful of spaces. Elegant decor. Service was prompt and attentive. We tried the fresh summer roll with shrimp as an appetizer. Hearty rolls, comes with 2 rolls cut in half for 4 pieces total. A little light on the shrimp but flavor was good and the peanut sauce was just right. The pho 29 special was excellent with the usual accompaniments for a #1 at any pho place. Fresh bean sprouts and basil. The grilled pork chop rice plate was fantastic with tender yet charred pork chops and a good portion of meat on the bone. The iced coconut matcha was a lovely pairing with the pork chops, a very light summer drink. Overall price reasonable for the area and portions. Will definitely be back to try the other pho and noodle dishes!

We are looking for a new Pho/Thai place and 29 Bistro would definitely be our place to go! The pho here is flavorful and filled with ingredients. The tom yum noodle soup is super tasty! Check out their chili oil - it is addictive!

I have been here few times. My favorite is Duck Soup Noodle. First time to try the Salted Pork Belly. It’s pretty good. Thai Tea with Boba also not too sweet for me. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a Vietnamese/Thai restaurant.
